How to use
1. Pour the briquettes into a charcoal chimney/starter. Place firelighters at the bottom, light them and set the chimney on top.
2. Allow the briquettes to burn until they are covered with a light grey, white ash. This usually takes about 25–30 minutes.
3. Once glowing red and covered in ash, pour them onto the grill and start cooking.
Because they burn evenly and don't flare up easily, they are perfect for keeping a steady temperature over a long period.
After cooking, close the vents on your grill to choke the fire. The briquettes can be reused for the next session.
